Our annual state-wide meeting is a time for fellowship, fun, and attending to the business of ECW.
Fall Gathering: "Hope as a Spiritual Practice" will be hosted by St. Francis Episcopal Church in Heber Springs. The speaker will be the Rev. Teri Daily.
Registration: You may register online using the "Online Registration Form" link to the right. You may also print and mail in your reservation by following the "Mail-In Registration Form" link.
Registration Fee: $35 includes breakfast and lunch on Saturday, October 17. After October 1, registration will increase to $40. There will be no refunds for cancellation after October 5. Payment is online at the link to the right or by check made out to Arkansas ECW mailed to Susan Moore at P.O. Box 120, Heber Springs, AR 72543. Please be sure to write "Fall Gathering 2026" in the memo line of your check.
Lodging: We have a block of rooms at Red Apple Inn in Heber Springs for $155/nt + tax. They will be held until Oct 1.

Friday evening: Dinner will be at the Red Apple Inn at one's own expense.
